Ramsay Bolton reveals that three major Northern houses have pledged their allegiance to the Boltons: Houses Umber, Manderly, and Karstark.

The reveal of the Karstarks isn't a surprise, given Robb Stark killed their Lord, and we get to see the new head of the house with Ramsay this week. The Umbers and the Manderlys are more surprising though, given they're previously been loyal to House Stark, and throw up a couple of interesting talking points.

While the Umbers had been glimpsed on the side of the Boltons in the trailers, outright mentioning them is significant, because it's confirmation that they're aligned with House Bolton, but more pertinently it's the last known location where Rickon Stark was headed to.

As for the Manderlys, there's a good chance they could be setting up their arc from the books (even if some serious alterations will be required), and we should hopefully get to meet Lord Too-Fat-To-Sit-A-Horse, Wyman Manderly, and maybe see a few pies being baked as well.
