Game Of Thrones Season 6: 8 Things You Might've Missed In 'No One'
1. Cleganebowl Debunked, Hopes For Lady Stoneheart Crushed
So far, Season 6 has been engaging in some serious fan service, and two of the biggest examples of that were teasing Cleganebowl - the theory that Sandor Clegane will fight brother Gregor in Cersei's trial by combat - and the long-awaited arrival of Lady Stoneheart.
With mentions of trials by combat, people back from the dead, a renewed focus on the Riverlands, and more clues littered throughout each episode, it really did seem like they could both be happening. I'd long been thinking Cleganebowl would happen, and that only ramped up when the Hound came back. I'd given up on Stoneheart until a few episodes ago, when they started laying that groundwork again.
Now, with trials by combat abolished, the Hound joining the Brotherhood, and Beric leading them, it seems in one episode both have been ruled out once more. As if to rub it in, Sandor urinated in a river, as if literally pissing on hopes of Stoneheart.
