Game Of Thrones Season 6: 8 Things You Might've Missed In 'Oathbreaker'

7. I Am The King

Oh, Tommen. The Boy King confronted the High Sparrow this week, determined to make him allow his mother to see Myrcella's body, which was a noble(ish) cause but sadly carried out with all the menace of Ser Pounce playing with a ball of yarn.

In order to reaffirm his nonexistent position of power, Tommen tells the Sparrow: "I am the King." It's not long after this that conversation between the pair turns to Tommen's grandfather, Tywin. It's fitting that his name should crop up at this point, given what he's had to say in the past about statements like the one his grandson just made:

"Any man who must say 'I am the king' is no true king."

Tywin, still being right even long after his death.
