Littlefinger has been playing a game with Sansa since Season 4, teaching her how to become a political force while at the same time attempting to manipulate her to his own ends. Namely: sitting on the Iron Throne.

While it should be clear to Sansa that Petyr Baelish is an utter creep and not to be trusted, she does seem to be buying in to what he's saying. With Jon installed as King in the North, Littlefinger is going to keep whispering in her ear about how he's a bastard, and she should be the rightful ruler of Westeros and the North.

That's an alluring proposition for someone like Sansa, but it's unlikely to be enough in the end. Jon may be a bastard, but he's still family, and that will come above all else. Especially if other Starks return to Winterfell, Sansa will see the importance of her family and how Littlefinger has tried to use her. This will lead to her finally rejecting him, and most likely his death.
