Game Of Thrones Season 7: 12 Big Questions After 'The Queen's Justice'
7. What Will Happen When Jorah Returns To Daenerys?
Melisandre may be leaving Dragonstone, and Daenerys has lost a number of advisors, but she needn't worry too much: Jorah Mormont is on his way back to her.
That reunion is sure to be an emotional one, but also important for Daenerys, as she could do with more allies. But what role will Jorah - who was exiled so many years ago - play in Westeros?
As a fine warrior, he could serve as her sworn protector, or perhaps help lead one of her armies. But there's also the potential for something bigger: could Jorah help Jon and Daenerys work together?
He owes Sam his life, and with the Maester-in-training Jon's best friend, the two could help forge an alliance of Ice and Fire. Or there's Lyanna Mormont, a key supporter of Jon, and the Lady of Bear Island, the place Jorah used to call home.
Lyanna is likely too young to remember much of what Jorah did or why he was exiled, so could we see Jorah heading back to the North, and reconnecting with his long lost family? That, in turn, could see him working more closely will Jon - given his skill with a sword, it wouldn't be much of a surprise if he too joined the party that fights the White Walkers and wights.
