Game Of Thrones Season 7: 8 Things You Might've Missed In 'The Spoils Of War'

5. Dragon Fire

Game of Thrones Drogon
HBO

One of the big reasons this episode has been so well-received is the dragon action, which is quite easily the best we've ever seen on the show. It's thrilling and harrowing in equal measure as Drogon lays waste to the Lannister army, and even more terrifying after some science sleuthing on Reddit.

In this episode we see people melt and turn to ash, and they worked out that it means Drogon's fire is a quarter of the temperature of the sun.
