Game Of Thrones Season 7: 8 Things You Might've Missed In 'The Spoils Of War'

1. The Cave Drawings

The cave drawings that Jon shows Daenerys are a point of particular interest, since they're so important in convincing Dany that the White Walkers are real. Of course, the major talking point from this is the spiral patterns, which we've seen on the show since the very beginning. We don't have a concrete answer to their meaning, but it's obviously connected to both the Children of the Forest and the White Walkers.

Less commented upon, though, is the fact that the one White Walker who looks like he's wearing a crown also has a beard. Obviously it's just a drawing, but is this presenting him as the King? Does that mean there have been different Night Kings (even though the same actor who plays the Night King also played the man we saw turned into the first White Walker)? Or is this reading too much into a bit of facial hair? Maybe the Night King just got tired of the upkeep and decided to shave the whole thing off.

There's also the drawing of the First Men, where we see three figures holding weapons. One of them is left-handed, which may mean, well, absolutely nothing, but it could also be taken that it's the representation of Jaime Lannister, if they're supposed to represent characters we know.
