Game Of Thrones Season 7 Finale: 7 Things You Might've Missed In 'The Dragon And The Wolf'

3. Three Horns

Game Of Thrones The Wall
HBO

When the White Walkers approach the Wall, and just before the HOLY SH*T moment the follows, we see the watchers on the Wall give three blasts of the horn. That, as we learned many years ago, is the signal for White Walkers.

The first time we heard the three horns was in the Season 2 finale, Valar Morghulis, which is when we really saw the scale of the White Walkers' army for the first time. One horn blast means Rangers returning, two means wildlings, and three, of course, is for the Walkers.

Staying at the Wall, there's also the subject of whether or not Tormund and Beric made it out alive. It does appear as though they made it to a 'safe' part of the Wall, and the HBO recap states "Tormund and his wildings rush to safety." That's not confirmation yet though, and it doesn't even mention Beric.
