Game Of Thrones Season 7: First 3 Episode Titles & Synopses Explained

1. The Queen's Justice

The Title

Dany goes 3-3! This episode refers to both her and Cersei, the two Queens vying for power this year. For Dany, it could be - if this is where Jon meets Daenerys - related to Melisandre. If anything though, this title is more befitting of Cersei. Ilyn Payne was named The King's Justice, basically the master executioner, and while he won't be back, a similar title could now be bestowed upon Gregor Clegane.

"Daenerys Holds Court"

That goes with the idea of her administrating justice. It also definitely supports the notion that this is the episode where we'll see Jon and Davos at Dragonstone, attempting to convince Dany of the White Walkers.

"Cersei Returns A Gift"

Probably not anything to do with Tyrion, though he was once called 'a gift'. Instead this likely refers to that alliance with Euron Greyjoy, and maybe this spoiler.

"Jaime Learns From His Mistakes"

This is the most intriguing line of all. What Mistakes has Jaime made to learn from? Well, too many. A lot of them are related to Cersei, so this could be where he starts to turn against her. On the flip-side, maybe his 'mistake' was killing a king, and he's not going to betray one this time, instead loyally serving despite his reservations (which fits with how much he loves her, but not the notion that he'll kill her dead).
