Game Of Thrones Season 7: First 3 Episode Titles & Synopses Explained
2. Stormborn
The Title
That's two-for-two for Daenerys, with Stormborn being the first (and most literal) of her many titles. However, there is another character it could refer to. Euron Greyjoy is an Iron*born* and, as he tells his brother before murdering him, he IS the storm.
"Daenerys Receives An Unexpected Visitor"
The first thought here is Jon, but a) this seems a tad early, and b) as the KING IN THE NORTH his visit would be that unexpected. Instead, this could be Melisandre turning up, since we know from the trailers she's at Dragonstone, or perhaps even a long-awaited return.
"Jon Faces A Revolt"
Already? Come on man. This could be a revival of the old Westerosi/wildling tensions, though we should be past that by now (but maybe someone - i.e. Littlefinger - is stirring things up). It could also be that Jon wants to tackle the real threat, something that many either won't believe in or won't want to risk. We should see those tensions between Sansa and Jon here.
"Tyrion Plans The Conquest Of Westeros"
Yes, Tyrion gets something meaningful to do! Outside of the drinking and one-liners, Tyrion is a brilliant strategist with great knowledge of Westeros. This is likely where we see him planning, perhaps among other things, the Unsullied's attack on Casterly Rock (where he puts his knowledge of the drains to good use).
