2. The Kidnapped Wight

The reason Jon Snow and his fellow heroes head North is almost incredible: they are tasked with kidnapping a wight to bring back to the Dragonpit as proof of the coming threat of the White Walkers for the cynical leaders in the South. He needs allies and the only way to convince them to stop fighting each other is to focus them on their real threat.

The Dragonpit is going to look amazing...

The finale of the episode should see Jon present his deathly captive to a powerful audience at the Dragonpit including Cersei and Dany and their key supporters (or at least those who survive the battles and the away trip to the north). Just imagine how many sparks are going to fly...

Intriguingly, the same Reddit account that seemingly correctly called that Jon would be heading North to capture a wight also hinted that Dany would swoop in to save Jon and his company (those who survive), and that one of her dragons would fall and be revived as a zombie ice dragon by the Night King.

Now that will be a hell of a way to end the season...
