That doesn't look particularly affectionate, but there's a fairly big indication that she allows him to meet her dragons, which is a big deal. The fact that they obviously take to him is an even bigger one, particularly for those who want to see him actually ride one of them before the end of the show...

Assuming Jon knows the value of dragons in the battle against the White Walkers, this is going to be a doubly important meeting.
