"...But the pack survives," is how that quote ends, and that is the most telling bit. I don't think it's about Jon or Arya - either of whom could be considered the 'lone wolf', but rather Sansa herself.

Littlefinger is trying to get her to go against her family, which would make her the lone wolf. Instead, she's going to stick with the pack - the Starks - and survive.

As this goes on, we get Jon Snow hacking at a wight in Hardhome 2: Valyrian Boogaloo, and then standing alone in front of countless more. It's very Battle of the Bastards, only with the undead rather than the Boltons. It doesn't look good, but there's no way Jon dies here. His travelling companions, on the other hand, might not be so lucky.
