Just slightly less than a month after the first incredible trailer for Game of Thrones Season 7 dropped, a new one has arrived to celebrate the Summer Solstice, by heralding the arrival of winter in Westeros.

The new look at the upcoming seventh and penultimate season is even better than the first, featuring some incredible action both in the south and Beyond-the-Wall. Accompanied by Ramin Djawadi's haunting Light of the Seven from the Season 6 finale, it's our best, most intriguing, and most fist-pumpingly exciting tease of the new year yet.

There's still no Samwell Tarly, nor Jim Broadbent's Archmaester Marwyn, who are largely being hidden away so far (though a couple of promo shots of Sam were released), and no Jorah or - dammit - Gendry, but otherwise most of the major players are present. It's got White Walkers, dragons, ice, fire, plot hints, huge teases, and everything else you could possibly want from a Game of Thrones trailer.

With some massive fight scenes, reunions, characters colliding for the first time, and storylines coalescing, there's a lot to take a further look at as winter arrives and the Great War draws ever nearer.
