14. Who Will Take Cersei Down?

Along with the Night King, Cersei stands as Game of Thrones' biggest villain nowadays. The heroes may be concerned with the threat coming from the North right now, but they aren't going to forget about the one lurking in the South.

Cersei is seemingly destined to die. No matter what happens in the North, it's hard to envisage a scenario where Game of Thrones ends with the character still alive, but what is in doubt is who will kill her. Most theories revolve around Maggy the Frog's prophecy of the valonqar (High Valyrian for 'little brother') choking the life from her, even though it didn't make it into that show.

To that end, then either Jaime or Tyrion would be the obvious choices, and the former is by far the most poetic, especially as he looks to complete his own redemption. Arya would also fit though, and has Cersei on her kill list, and there are plenty of others who'd no doubt love the chance to kill Cersei, who has made an enemy of just about everyone. Still, it seems most likely that she'll either by killed by Jaime or Arya as things stand (or she could even take her own life eventually), but which one is a coin toss.
