3. The North Loves Dany Now

Most of Dany's occupations have been in some way hostile, even when she's been a liberating force. In season 8, she was facing the same issues once again as the North - presented as suspicious of outsiders and stuck in their ways - didn't exactly take to her fondly.

But the North remembers might as well translate as "do something good for these people and they'll cherish it forever and vice versa". And Dany couldn't have done much more for them than eradicating the Dead Army. Even if she had precious little to do with the actual victory, to be honest.

At least we can now look forward to the North celebrating her and her allies, rather than being big old racists and everyone being on the verge of rebellion. Well, almost, because Sansa is definitely not going to be that easily swayed, given that she knows what's coming if Dany sits on the throne.
