Davos Seaworth serves as Jon's right-hand man and, as such, could find himself targeted if Daenerys makes a move against Jon for what she perceives as his betrayal. Killing Davos would be a big statement of intent, a warning, and a cruel blow to Jon while removing his key advisor and friend.

Thankfully, that's probably not going to happen. Davos has survived this far for a reason, despite his initial purpose ending with Stannis' death. He's the oldest person still alive in Westeros, and fulfilling the old wizened, gnarled figure who usually dies, it'd flip the script for him to survive, and allow him to help shape Westeros' future.
