Sansa Stark remains safely tucked away in the North, but she has to come back into things now. Quite how the finale handles bringing together the characters and storylines is among its many challenges, and giving Sansa an important part should be a priority within that.

If she does simply stay in the North - and Dany and Drogon don't venture up there, then she's definitely safe. If she were to go South, however, because of a conflict or attempt to remove Dany from the power she's just taken, then she would be in some danger. It's Sansa above all others who wants to move against Dany, and what's more, Dany knows it. It's another one of those where there are quite a few big steps between where we are now and it actually happening, but it's not impossible, and if the show wants to inflict one last bout of misery on the Starks, this could be how they do it.
