3. Ramsay Gets What's Coming To Him

After years of skin-crawling smarm, unspeakable, inhuman crimes and awful, jarring popularity (try not loving him at some level, it's absolutely impossible) it looks like Ramsay Bolton will get his comeuppance. Well, assuming Jon Snow wins, anyway.

The alternative - of Jon, Sansa, Tormund, Davos, Ghost, Wun-Wun all dying in one fell swoop - is just too much. Some of them are likely, but all of them? Please don't.

Likelihood: 8/10

Whether you like it or not, Ramsay's narrative usefulness is running out, and there has to be more space for Euron Greyjoy to emerge as the new big bad next season (alongside the Lannisters of course).

There's a slim chance he will escape to try and hunt Sansa as a rabid lone wolf (hopefully only to be finally killed by Theon with a massive metal penis for symbolism's sake), but it seems more likely he'll be this season's biggest kill.
