Game Of Thrones Theories: 13 Epic Season 6 Moments Still To Come
9. A Confirmation Of R+L=J
Even though there's a premium on runtime with competition so high, young Bran has to have some resolution to his visions, and to the tease of Ned entering the Tower Of Joy.
The smartest theory suggests that Bran will once more return to the land of his visions (somehow enabled by Cold Hands as his protector) and will see more of the vision, confirming that Jon Snow is indeed the product of R+L=J.
Likelihood: 8/10
We've already seen a small flash of what is assumed to be Lianna's bloodied hand in Bran's visions, and it would make sense that his arc is ended this year with that major revelation. Otherwise it runs the risk of fizzling out unjustly.
This way, we'd see Bran refocused on helping his brother defeat the Night's King, buoyed by the information that he could command one of Dany's dragons (assuming their fire is going to be revealed as capable of killing White Walkers).
As Beric Dondarrion said, there must be a reason why some are able to be brought back from the dead, and if R+L=J doesn't play into Jon Snow's Chosen One status, it will be a massive shock.
