Game Of Thrones Theories: 15 Epic Season 7 Moments Still To Come

1. The Wall Falls, Winter Comes

Just as sure as Euron will always make an inappropriate comment and Tyrion will take every opportunity to get leathered, Winter is surely coming. We've spent six and a half seasons now having the mantra thrown at us from all angles, and there's no way the show will end before the Night King invades beyond the Wall and brings the fight to the Seven Kingdoms.

For that to happen, the Wall has to fall, not least because of the magic apparently keeping the white walkers out. There has been some suggestion that the wights will merely walk around the wall, as the sea off the coast of Eastwatch is frozen, but it's ludicrous to think that the magical boundary simply ends where the Wall does, even if the Night King tests the theory out.

So, by the end of the season, we have to see the huge structure pulled down - hopefully with the use of that ice dragon - and the arrival of Winter in the true North. And it would be entirely fitting if we then see snow fall on King's Landing to reiterate that it's the entire kingdom that is under threat now.
