7. Cersei Would Still Resent Him

Cersei only ever had eyes for Jaime. Any suggestion of Cersei striking up a... bond with Tyrion should be knocked on the head immediately. Joanna Lannister would have almost certainly still died during childbirth, and that is the root of Cersei's hatred towards Tyrion. The 'dwarf' angle just gave Cersei a 'monstrous' figure for her childhood self to loathe, but I still believe had Tyrion been born as a regular baby, she would've been incredibly bitter. This would still lead to some huge clashes between the pair, though family disputes wouldn't have been quite the same 'Tyrion vs. Everyone' arguments. If Tyrion had been a Tywin 2.0, the Lannister patriarch maybe wouldn't have the same resentment. His wife was too high a trade for a dwarf in his eyes though.
