6. He Wouldn't Have Been Framed For Joff's Murder
Had Tyrion been a relatively respectable man within the Lannister family, he certainly wouldn't have been subjected to the same level of humiliation every day of his life, particularly during Joffrey's wedding feast. Tyrion would've been treated like any other top level Lannister at the feast, and not even Cersei's loathing would stretch so far as accusing him of such a grave crime as assassinating the King. For starters, Tyrion wouldn't have been anywhere near serving the wine, and secondly, his name and authority (and height) would probably be enough to see him avoid the allegations in the eyes of the masses.
