4. Is Jorah Doomed?

While Tyrion escaped, the same cannot be said for poor ol€™ Jorah Mormont. Just before the credits roll on Kill The Boy, we see him tell Tyrion that he too was untouched by the Stone Men, but once the dwarf is looking away he pulls back his sleeve and reveals a small patch of the disease. Given Jorah is a) an adult, and B) not wealthy, things really don€™t look good for him at the moment. He returned to Meereen and the disease is slowly progressing, although it's true effects have yet to be felt, though that's something Season 6 should (and most likely will) explore. The best course of action would be to cut off the afflicted area - in this case his arm - and hope that was enough. Even then, the reasons he could die, outlined above, would still apply if he were to chop off his arm, and it would also give away the fact he had the disease, meaning no-one - including Daenerys - would go anywhere near him. Instead he seems set on keeping quiet and continuing on his path, which is sure to work out well for everyone involved€
