Game Of Thrones: 10 Awesome Characters We Haven't Met Yet
8. Victarion Greyjoy
Another Greyjoy we have yet to meet in the show, Victarion is the younger brother of Balon and Euron. A quintessential iron islander; he takes great strides in honoring tradition and religion. He is entrusted by Balon as Lord Captain of the Iron Fleet, which he commands from his flagship Iron Victory. Fearless and loyal, he serves his older brother with pride, doing whatever is asked of him to better serve his family. Well, everyone in his family except Euron, whom he passionately hates. Technically, Victarion should have been introduced all the way back in season two. But, like many other characters, he has been held back to later seasons so as not to make the current one too crowded with new characters. There is some speculation that Victarion might be dropped or combined with Euron, which would be a real shame, because Victarion is a pretty great character. While not being too complex, he makes an impact due to his brute skill in battle, along with his tense rivalry with Euron. Victarion is the perfect representation of what iron born culture is in action, so his introduction is a great way to expand on the culture and customs of House Greyjoy.
