Game Of Thrones: 5 Winners & 5 Losers In 'First Of His Name'
It's good to be Littlefinger, less so to be his adopted niece.
If you havent seen the latest episode, then this article contains some big SPOILERS. Seriously, get out if you haven't seen 'First Of His Name,' because we'll be going into detail here. Were now at the midway point in Season 4 of Game of Thrones, but it feels like all of the action (plot wise) has already happened. The season has hit a slump in form in comparison to the first two episodes. In previous seasons, the plot has built slowly from the beginning, working towards a mid season gearshift or second-to-last episode climax. This time around, the show seems to be lagging midseason as a result of the dramatics of the second and third episodes. The characters are going through the motions at the moment, and were all just waiting for the next big plot event, which will hopefully be Tyrions trial. Nevertheless, we at least get a decent action scene at the end of First of His Name, with Jon Snow and his Nights Watch brothers storming the mutineers at Crasters Keep. Theres some good swordplay, some gruesome deaths (as per usual), and the destruction of a long-standing set. Of course, well be discussing all that and more with this weeks selection of winners and losers.
