9. Petyr Baelish, aka "Littlefinger"
The simpering, cocky, dripping-of-evil Master Of Coin comes immediately to mind. Petyr Baelish is the true wolf in sheep's clothing. He can seem quite nice and even at times almost decent, but the second he is left alone begins wringing his hands, his devil's goatee twisting up at both ends as he delights in all things impure. He both loves and hates his nickname Littlefinger because it both lends to and diminishes his persona. The name Littlefinger is not at all imposing, and neither is the man who goes by it. However, behind a silly nickname swims a shark moving through the shadows of the night hungry for power. Baelish is corrupt right down to his wormy apple core and all who know that truly despise him. This one's for Ned Stark who Baelish helped toward his grisly fate. Frankly, I cannot wait to see this guy have the smirk smacked out of him.
