Game Of Thrones Season 4: 12 Characters Who Could Steal The Show
7. Littlefinger
Petyr Baelish's screen-time has been reduced with each season. He appeared in season 1 in 8 episodes, then 7 episodes in season 2, and only4 episodes in season 3. His brief role last season is transparent as he rarely appeared in the first half of ASoS. Now, his screen-time will dramatically increase as his role in the series becomes more understandable. Littlefinger will be spending the majority of the season in the Vale with his bride-to-be, Lisa Arryn. Remember Catelyn's sister with the annoying brat attached to her breast? Anyways, why would Petyr plan to marry Lisa? Her position of power pales in comparison to other women like Sansa. This is all part of his plan for dominance, and the audience is going to learn how much of a sinister mastermind he really is. TV viewers will only know him as instigating liar with a goal to acquire the Iron Throne, but he is far more then that. What he does and what he is willing to do for the Throne is nothing short of heinous. Recall his monologue about chaos being a ladder each rung brings him higher and higher towards his goal whatever they may secretly be. To him, Chaos is the ultimate weapon in the Game of Thones. Without it, his plans could never succeed. By the end, TV fans mouths will be agape as his final scene ends and sheds light on the unanswered questions from as early as the pilot episode.
