Game Of Thrones Season 4: 12 Characters Who Could Steal The Show

8. Sansa

Poor Sansa is often hated by fans everywhere. It's understandable though, as her character in the beginning was irritating. Her childish fantasies led to her sister's direwolf executed and her own father beheaded. The reason why she is in her awful position is because of her actions, but her choices were because of youth and ignorance. Her childhood consisted of reading such fantasies €“ everyone around her kept feeding thoughts into her head that she was going to be a Queen and marry a handsome, powerful man. Everyone talks about Arya learning and growing through Syrio, Jaqen, and the Hound, but Sansa is slowly growing into a smarter, more mature woman too, and each season shows that. Her interactions with Littlefinger, the Lannisters, and the Tyrells are teaching her how to survive the game. Remember her scenes with Cersei during the Battle of Blackwater Bay? Most of you probably ignored those. Don't, because each conversation is just another lesson learnt, even if she's aware of it or not. This is the season where her growth becomes more obvious. She'll be spending more time with Littlefinger and her new husband Tyrion, and the two most prominent figures in her life are also two of the best players she could hope to learn from. Tyrion will want to protect her while Littlefinger wants her for himself. Now that her family has been massacred, you can imagine she'll want revenge. The only way this can happen is to play the game.
