Game Of Thrones: Season 4 Death Watch (Breaker Of Chains)

11. Death Of The Week

There was nothing as momentous as last week's big death, nor should there have been. Joffrey's murder needed to have the impact it had, without another big death to take its place. That being said, Game of Thrones wouldn't be Game Of Thrones without a little bloodshed and poor Dontos got a crossbow bolt to the face as a thank you from Littlefinger for helping Sansa to escape the Red Keep. The death of the entire village south of the Wall takes the award this week. The wildling attack was brutal. A vengeful Ygritte puts her bow to good use, shooting the poor Guymon's father in the back and the cannibalistic Thenns take a lot of glee in hunting down their prey. After his fantastic introduction in 'Two Swords', Styr lives up to his reputation when he terrifies the grieving Guymon with the horrific fate that awaits his parent's corpses.
"I'm going to eat your dead mama and I'm going to eat your dead papa. Go tell the crows at Castle Black."
