12. Has The Wall Fallen?

Though they aren't actually seen in the trailer, the White Walkers are a heavy, ominous presence. We see them apparently chasing Jon Snow and his forces at several points, we see Arya in the frozen wilderness breathing out frozen breath... And then of course the final line "the Great War is here" and Davos' warnings all point to the Night's King and his undead army.

So, you have to really wonder whether the Wall has been completely over-run. If Jon and his men are being attacked, that would suggest that the great defence of the realms of Man has fallen, which sounds pretty ominous for the remaining Nights Watch stationed there.

There is a possibility, of course, that the scenes of the Stark men in wintery surroundings suggest that Jon leads a group of his loyalists back into the heart-land of the North to help end the war before it starts? Maybe they're looking for Bran? Maybe there's another MacGuffin to be revealed?

It would seem a little odd for the Wall to fall before the start of the final season, but these shots could well be from the very last episodes.
