7. Where Is Bran?

Given his importance in the sixth season - and his link to the Night's King - you'd have thought that Bran would be a major presence in season 7, which is definitely going to be a reality. But his lack of appearance in the trailer feels almost provocatively leading.

Could it be that Bran ends up being captured by the Night's King as an important pillar of power? Is that why the small party of Stark bannermen seem to end up in the high North? And is that why he's not present in the trailer - to preserve the secret of where he is?

Obviously there are other loose ends to tie here as well: where is Sam, and will we have to see him pouring over books for a full season? Where is Bronn and where will his allegiances lie this season? Where is Varys? Perhaps we'll see more of them in the next trailer?
