10. There Are F*cking Zombie Polar Bears

For almost the entire time we've known that the White Walkers are coming, we've been fed the idea that they might have more than just wights in their armoury.

At various points there have been hints at ice spiders, ice dragons, and zombie giants, but this episode we were treated to the introduction of bloody zombie polar bears, jumping out of the snowy mist in a sequence that was full on horror movie.

That red shirt guy wandering off in advance on his own deserved to die, but that doesn't mean we all deserved the brown trousers treatment that came with the sodding thing jumping out of nowhere.

So yeah, the Night King has killer zombie polar bears randomly patrolling the North, which makes it increasingly likely that next season we're going to see even worse.
