Good Cop: 10 Reasons It Needs Another Series

10. There's Always Going To Be More Bad Guys Like any good cop drama, for every good-natured bobby-on-the-beat, Good Cop had a nefarious villain hell bent on inflicting misery upon any law-abiding citizen that cross their paths. That's where Noel Finch (Stephen Graham) and his not so merry band of wrong doers Jonjo Heinz (Joe Macauley) and Callum Rose (Stephen Walters) come into the equation, and all three are just as evil as the other. Fortunately, our "Good Cop" Constable John Paul Rocksavage (or "Sav" for short) has his own brand of justice to enact on the trio, and they don't get away with their crimes for long - whether it's by a bullet to the head or a well-placed and incredibly incriminating murder weapon planted in their homes - these villainous baddies get their just deserts by the series' end. But it doesn't have to stop there. Fans of any cop drama will tell you that evil always abides and bad guys will never fail to occupy the dwellings of some dingy dark alleyway just waiting to pounce. There's plenty more to come in the way of bad guys to follow in the footsteps of Finch, Heinz and Rose. Coming up with more villains for a series 2, quite frankly, isn't going to be a problem, and after the amazing performance by Graham as the fiendish Finch, quite frankly, we can't wait to see what other questionable characters that show writer Stephen Butchard can conjure up.
