Gotham: 10 Best Batman Villains Not Yet Used On The Show

9. Man-Bat (Dr. Kirk Langstrom)

Man Bat Gotham
DC Comics

A powerful, terrifying and somewhat absurd Batman villain, Man-Bat (Dr. Kirk Langstrom) would be an audacious entry into the world of FOX's Gotham. However, if pulled off correctly he could be the basis of a great episode.

Like many characters before him, Man-Bat is the result of a science experiment gone wrong. He is also often portrayed as a tragic and sympathetic figure, a man who wanted to do good and instead brought about terrible destruction. Most intriguingly, Man-Bat functions as a sort of dark inverse to Batman.

On Gotham, he could serve as an ominous warning to the young Bruce Wayne about how his journey towards becoming a hero has the potential to swing into the monstrous.

He loves fish tacos and misses the work of Heath Ledger and Jack Lemmon on a daily basis.
