Gotham: Every Major Hero Ranked From Worst To Best

Lucius Fox's appearances in Gotham have been enjoyable - sure - but much like the aforementioned Harvey Dent, he doesn't appear nearly enough to be considered one of the show's best characters.

Unlike the majority of the city's populace, Fox often provides some humour, giving some much needed levity to the usually dour tone that comes with the situations that only could arise in this darker corner of in the DC universe.

But Fox is no stranger to being serious either, with his scientific expertise or just good intentions usually allowing the more central characters (and by that we mean Gordon or Bruce) to achieve their goals, whether that be tracking down a murderer, helping to unveil the Court of Owls or creating a certain Dark Knight his very first super-suit.
