Gotham TV Series: 10 Actors Who Should Play The Riddler

5. Rainn Wilson

Getting more in line with the traditional version of the Riddler, Rainn Wilson could fill that spot. Much like the Carrey Riddler from Batman Forever, it would be entertaining to see another funnyman try to pull off the role as well as if not better. Once again depending on the tone of the show, the writers could take full advantage of Wilson's ability with humor and twist that into the riddle throwing villain everyone loves. Although Wilson could work in the role, it might be difficult for the audience to differentiate him from Dwight on the Office. However, Wilson is known for his comedy and it's possible that the show could take advantage of that given the direction of making the Riddler a more off the wall type of villain.
