And now for something totally ridiculous that we'd nevertheless love to see. Live-action Batman ventures have up to this point completely avoided adapting Killer Croc, because the character has either been deemed too expensive to translate, or given the serious tone of Nolan's films, simply too absurd and unbelievable. As a child, though, Gotham could bring some humanity to Waylon Jones, perhaps scaling back (no pun intended) his mutation slightly and giving him a skin condition, which it is implied will worsen over the course of the show, leading to his monstrous stature as Killer Croc later in life. His tenure on the show could culminate with him murdering his abusive aunt (who would call him names) and running off into the night, setting up his villain arc perfectly. How Likely Is It? 2/10. It's a tough sell for sure, but given that the series cannot show us a fully-grown Killer Croc anyway, they also have the luxury of being able to show us something slightly less repulsive and ridiculous: it would get the point across and do service to a character so frequently ignored in live-action Batman interpretations.
