The first two episodes of Amazon's Hanna follow the story of the 2011 film so closely that certain divergences might surprise viewers who weren't expecting them. Eagle-eyed viewers, however, will be able to predict at least three of the show's major reveals as early as the second episode. All they have to do is read the Utrax termination letter that Wiegler keeps hidden under her floorboards.

First, those who read this letter will learn that Utrax shut down in response to a 2003 security breach - a clear reference to Hanna's rescue from the Darabani facility. Wiegler delivers this information about halfway through the season, and it may come as a shock to fans of the original film. In that version, Erik rescued Hanna from a program that was already planning to kill her. The series flips this by making Erik inadvertently responsible for the Utrax subjects' deaths, a reveal that loses its impact once you've read the letter and predicted the twist.

The other two twists hinted at by this letter are the existence of other Utrax facilities and the continued operations of the Utrax program after the termination of the Darabani site. Careful readers will note that, while the letter calls for an immediate shutdown of the Darabani lab, not once does it state that Utrax as a whole will be discontinued. Workers are told to report to headquarters, where they will receive further instructions.

While specific details such as the existence of the Wilberforce facility and plans for Utrax Regenesis are not discussed, there is still enough careful wording in this order to numb the surprise of these twists. It's a bit of an accidental spoiler, particularly in regard to Erik's culpability for the deaths of numerous infants, but the sheer fact that the writing is so accurate shows some effort on the part of the crew member who wrote the prop termination order for the show.
