So many layers: it's like a set of nesting dolls from hell. In Su-zakana, people are sewn into dead horses' wombs. Yup. A woman is found in such a morbid situation and when they remove her, they see a flutter in her chest. Everyone considers the idea that she may still be alive, but nope, the flutter belongs to the live bird inside of her. Hold tight, it gets even stranger and much more disgusting. They then come across another dead horse that is packing some extra cargo. Turns out the guy inside of this dead horse (who happens to be the original murderer) is still fully alive and then bursts from the horses' butt. Blood and fluids abound.
