In Coquilles, it showcased a killer with terminal cancer. Fearing his own inevitable mortality, he created grisly guardian angels out of the bodies of his victims using their flayed back skin as makeshift wings. The image of nude corpses, displayed in a position of prayer, held up with fishing wire and bleeding heavily from their skinned backs is completely stomach churning. Couple the gruesome imagery with the disturbing back story and you have a perfectly disgusting moment. Fun fact: The network almost nixed this scene because it showed nude backsides, so to remedy it, the show's creators simply camouflaged the recognizable backside anatomy with even more blood. For some reason, this small change passed with the censors. So, to refresh: nude bums = No. Horrifically bloody, but covered bums = Absolutely,
