4. How Will The Supporting Characters React?

As this season wound toward its conclusion, the importance of the peripheral characters began to diminish. The FBI task force and Freddie Lounds get some limited screen time toward the end of the season, but are largely out of the picture for Mizumono. Upon the discovery of the violence that went down at Doctor Lecter's house, we can only imagine how the various side characters will react. Due to the show's willingness to keeping its central action within a central cast, we can reasonably expect to see the same Forensic team investigate Lecter's latest butchery that have investigated all the other crimes on this show - Namely Brian Zeller and Jimmy Price, the two wisecracking forensic analysts. They will most likely have to confront working with the survivors, who will have massive psychological issues after their confrontation with Hannibal the Cannibal. The most interesting to think about is Freddie Lounds. She has, after all, known and interviewed all of the victims - she was even planning on writing a book with Abigail about her experiences with her father. Will she be able to curb her shock value tendencies and actually respect the wishes of Doctor Lecter's victims? Only time will tell.
