5. Freddy Lounds Dies
Spoiler alert! Freddy dies in Red Dragon. Dolarhyde captures Freddy after he (oh yeah, the show has a gender switch) runs a story about the Tooth Fairy (Dolarhydes alter ego) being impotent and the product of incest in an attempt to help Will capture him. After Freddy is kidnapped, Dolarhyde glues him to an antique wheelchair and tortures him, forcing him to recant his slanderous comments, because Dolarhyde is okay with being seen as a serial killer, but not a man who cant get it up. Dolarhyde eventually bites off Freddys lips and lights him on fire. So what does that mean for Freddie Lounds in the series? Will they subject a female character to the same torture and violence experienced by Freddy in the previous incarnations? She was already pretend burned alive - could that act as an inspiration to Dolarhyde, giving him motivation to torch her? However her death comes, no one should be surprised if she doesnt make it through the season.
