6. Do You See?

Undeniably the biggest moment in Red Dragon was the scene between Francis Dolarhyde and Freddie Lounds, in which Dolarhyde reveals himself as the dragon reborn. It's a terrifying scene, thanks primarily to the performances by Ralph Fiennes and Philip Seymour Hoffman. This scene is bound to be adapted for the series, but it is possible - and entirely necessary - for the show may adapt the scene its own unique way. The scene could be adapted exactly as it happened in the book and film, with Freddie Lounds glued naked to a chair and Dolarhyde repeatedly muttering "do you see." However, that approach may be deemed too expected, or even too comical thanks to South Park's parody of it. Instead, they might change Dolarhyde's torture techniques or his dialogue. One aspect that will definitely be omitted is the flaming wheelchair finale since TV Freddie already faked her death that way. No matter how they adapt the scene one thing will remain constant; Freddie and the audience will be horrified.
