Hawkeye: Every Main Character Ranked Worst To Best

The show can boast more than a few scene stealers.

It truly is the most wonderful time of the year, not least because Marvel Studios gave fans Hawkeye on Disney+ to enjoy in the run up to Christmas. Expectations may not have been quite so high for the series as those that came before it, but there is no doubt that it was yet another win for the franchise.

The story followed Clint Barton and Kate Bishop’s mismatched adventure together in New York with the clock ticking until Christmas, and in spite of the previous perception of Barton’s character, the series was full of fun and was a joy to watch.

As with any MCU property, it was the characters that made it so special, and this naturally stretches far beyond just the titular heroes. There was family involved, a whole host of a mixed bag of villains, and one character who sits right in the middle of this bizarre venn diagram.

Of course, not all of these were received as well as others. There were some characters that simply stole the show every time they appeared on screen, while others sadly disappointed.

12. Lucky The Pizza Dog

There is a long line of wonderful animals in the MCU, from Rocket Raccoon to Howard the Duck, Goose, Morris, and more. After appearing in Hawkeye, you can happily now add Lucky the Pizza Dog to the list, honestly somewhere near the top.

He may not have had a particularly big role to play in the series, but that doesn’t matter. Who didn’t fall in love with the plucky one eyed Retriever?

He was brave, attacking the Tracksuit Mafia who in the comics had beaten him in the past, could do tricks when Grills offered him treats, and became a great companion to both Clint and Kate. It was incredibly heroic when the latter jumped in the middle of New York traffic to save the poor dog, but who wouldn’t?

There were only a few scenes of Lucky to enjoy, but fans fell in love with him immediately. Had he had a bigger role, he would absolutely have found himself further up this list.
