HBO's Watchmen TV Show: Everything We Know So Far

So who else, classic to Watchmen is missing from the fray? Night Owl and Silk Spectre are the two most obvious choices. And would the enigmatic presence of Doctor Manhattan be too out of place?

And let's not forget the MIA loose ends from the Minutemen years, in particular Hooded Justice, who disappeared from the public eye and made a present-day easter-egg appearance in the comics. Judging by Ozymandias' age in the trailer, he'd appear only as an extremely old man. But his presence could still have a ripple of influence in the story.

A range of cast members for this series have already been announced, including Regina King, Don Johnson and Loius Gosset Jr. But virtually none of their character names have been revealed, except for the latest addition of actress Hong Chau, who plays a character with the mysterious name of Lady T.

Now would be a good time to dust off that comic, familiarize yourself once more with the finer points, and place your bets.
