10. Will Doug Stamper Be Found Out?
After the cliffhanger ending of Season 2, in which he was hit over the head by Rachel Posner and left for dead, Season 3 found Doug Stamper alive, but certainly not well. He spent much of the season battling back from brain damage, dealing with depression and alcoholism. He managed to make a recovery and get his way back into Frank's good books, but that also led to a renewed fixation on Rachel. He discovered her location and tracked her down, and after initially appearing to spare her life, turned back around and killed her, burying the body in the desert, before returning to serve as Chief of Staff. Is he really going to get away with that? Or is his past going to catch up with him this year?
