House Of Cards: 10 Questions That Must Be Answered In Season 4
4. Who'll Be Killed Off?
This isn't a series that needs to kill characters off on a regular basis - it doesn't have the sizeable cast, for one thing - but, once or twice a season, you can expect a pretty major character to die. There was Peter Russo in Season 1, Zoe Barnes in Season 2, and Rachel Posner last year, with Michael Corrigan also hanging himself (and also, let's not forget Frank killing a dog back in the first season). So it's a safe bet that we're going to see someone - presumably a person standing in his way - killed off this year. The only question is who will it be? Given the show has been renewed for a 5th season, it's a fair assumption it won't be Claire, because she's equally as important to this show as Frank. Anyone else, though, could be the one. Heather Dunbar, if she becomes too serious a contender? President Petrov? Doug Stamper, if his past rears its ugly head and he's more hindrance than help to Frank? One of the new characters?
NCTJ-qualified journalist. Most definitely not a racing driver. Drink too much tea; eat too much peanut butter; watch too much TV. Sadly only the latter paying off so far.
A mix of wise-old man in a young man's body with a child-like wonder about him and a great otherworldly sensibility.
