Doug Stamper has been relatively low-key up until this point in the season so its nice to see him back to his old ways of threatening and general craziness. Despite Seth Grayson providing some campaign-ending dirt on Dunbar, Doug was obviously not going to let him get off so easy. As soon as Seth walked into Doug apartment, it wasnt going to end well for him. Sure enough, Doug soon has him pinned on the floor with a glass over his mouth and his nose blocked. As he struggles to breathe Doug gives the epic line, "If I can't have your loyalty, I will have your obedience. The whole thing is made better when Doug casually greets Seth the next morning. Welcome back crazy Doug!
