With Heather Dunbar out of the picture thanks to the Lucas Goodwin scandal, its time to meet Franks real political opponent, Republican Will Conway. Despite his youth and picture-perfect family, Conway proves to be a strategic and pragmatic politician in his own right. He seems like a good match for Frank, but the first meeting between the two is decidedly light-hearted as they bond over their shared love of video games and even share a few laughs. Its a nice little moment where the two men gladly escape the political circus and have a little fun. Naturally, it doesnt last long and Conway proves to have some impressive tricks up his sleeves. And with that, the war is on.
